New Warm The Hearth Outrach Organizing - As its newest outreach to help those in need in the community, the Wilderness Outreach Missions (WOM) Ministry Team is organizing a new outreach called Warm The Hearth.  Beginning this fall, Wilderness Community Church will be providing a load of seasoned firewood to needy families.  Firewood will be cut and brought to a drop-off area next to the Scout shed for splitting and seasoning.  We are looking for a few people with chainsaws, who are experienced cutters, to cut wood which will be loaded in trucks for transport to the church.  The wood would then be split at the church.  We are looking for anyone with hardwood trees down or easily accessible for cutting.  Servants are needed also to haul and stack the wood.  An organizational meeting for persons interested in being part of this new outreach will be held in the area to the left of the platform on Sunday, October 16, immediately following the 10:30 a.m. Celebration Service.  For more information, contact Lisa  at (540 972-8808).
