Janet Ayers is our Director of Small Groups at Wilderness Community Church. She has been an active member of Wilderness since the church held its first service, February 28, 1999. Janet has been a staff member of Wilderness Community Church since September of 2003.

Janet facilitates in the development of new Small Groups as well as providing support for leaders through the transition.  She provides training for Small Group leadership, as a group or individually.  As Director of Small Groups, Janet also supports, nurtures and encourages others in their Small Group leadership development.

Since November 1985, Janet has been a resident of Spotsylvania County. She operated a day care business in her home for almost 20 years. Janet is currently a senior at Liberty University -Online, where she will complete her Bachelor's Degree in Religion.  She  lives with her family in the Wilderness Area.
